Stand4Disability Pty Ltd provides NDIS-registered disability support services including:

Assistance with daily living
Personal care support
Community participation assistance
Capacity building programs

Services are provided in accordance with your NDIS plan and agreed support schedule.

3. Service Agreement

Before services commence, we will establish a service agreement that outlines:

Specific supports to be provided
Schedule and duration of services
Fees and payment arrangements
Rights and responsibilities of both parties

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees are charged in accordance with NDIS price guides. Payment terms include:

Services are invoiced according to your agreed support schedule
Payment is processed through your NDIS plan management arrangement
Statements are provided regularly for record-keeping

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellation of scheduled supports. Cancellations with less notice may incur a cancellation fee as per NDIS guidelines.

6. Your Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your support needs
Notify us of any changes to your circumstances
Treat our staff with respect and dignity
Ensure safe access to your home for scheduled visits

7. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

Provide quality, person-centred support
Respect your privacy and dignity at all times
Communicate openly and honestly
Address concerns promptly and professionally

8. Complaints and Feedback

We welcome your feedback and take complaints seriously. You can contact us directly, or if unresolved, contact the NDIS Commission on 1800 035 544.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
